Return Policy

Returns must be accompanied by a register receipt, class schedule and student ID. To receive a refund on new textbooks, books must be in new condition (clean and no marks at all – including a person’s name). Used books are refunded at used book prices. Packaged sets can only be returned if all portions of the set are returned in unused condition. Some books include an access code. If the code has been revealed the item is not returnable. No returns are accepted after the return deadline posted for the specific term.

Supplies and laptops are not returnable.
Clothing may be returned or exchanged within one week of purchase with receipt and hang tags still attached. If clothing has stains or odors such as smoke etc. it will not be accepted for return.
